    Upcycled {Florida Keys Children’s Photographer}

    Looking back over these from last week and I’m really loving the way they turned out. The vintage outfits belonged to baby’s momma so I wanted the session to feel aged or upcycled a bit.  Since Mom didn’t grow up down here, we didn’t want a beach or palm tree type setting.  We spent some time in a field and after getting pretty warm decided to head back to the house.  You can see that the baby really warmed up once she was in a familiar environment.

    Sutton is 1 {Florida Keys Children’s Photographer}

    Yeah!  Sutton is 1.  For her birthday pictures, we put her in her birthday dress and got some shots then did a little cake smash.  I love the cake smash sessions.  It’s fun to see how differently the kids react to the mess or the sugar.  Some of them are so excited by the taste that they really get into it.  Others can’t get over the idea of being dirty.  Sutton was ok with the mess and didn’t seem bothered or overly excited by the sugar . She loved the necklace though!

    Princess Ariella {Florida Keys Children’s Photographer}

    When trying to schedule the “right” time to photograph a toddler, I always ask the parents what time their child is happiest.  Ariella didn’t make a liar out of her mom who said that she’s always happy.  She is such a cutie and didn’t disappoint.  We started at their house where Ariella’s daddy has created an amazing backyard filled with all sorts of colors.  After our outside pictures we made our way back to the studio for a cake smash to celebrate Ariella’s first birthday.  Can’t wait to photographer her again.

    Holli’s 1st Birthday {Florida Keys Children’s Photographer}

    I’ve been photographing Ms. Holli since she was born.  Her mom always has such great ideas (and taste) all lined up for me.  This time we wanted to do some outside shots with balloons but still wanted to get some fun inside shots with a cake too.  Ms. Holli didn’t disappoint, did she?
